Workplace Pride is pleased to launch the 2015 version of its Global Benchmark.
In 2014, the Foundation launched the Global Benchmark survey, a tool that makes it possible to measure the progress of an organization’s LGBT policies and practices on both a national and international level. Nineteen multinationals representing almost 2 million employees worldwide took part in the survey.
Today, on May 1st, widely celebrated as international workers day, Workplace Pride is pleased to announce that the 2015 edition of its Global Benchmark is open for registration at:
Employers from around the world are invited to participate in the 2015 Global Benchmark survey through a free, online survey of 41 questions which measure the organizations LGBT policies and practices in their global operations. Participants are scored on topics such as workplace awareness, inclusion and engagement, and policy and communications. Each participant receives an individual report with a qualitative and quantitative breakdown of their scoring. With this management tool in hand, they are better equipped to effect change.
Workplace Pride is very pleased to welcome partner organizations from Slovakia, New Zealand and Kenya that are working to help promote the LGBT workplace inclusion in their own countries. For a full list of Global Benchmark Partners, click here.
