Workplace Pride is pleased to announce that the 2016 Global Benchmark Survey is open for submissions!
This is the 3rd annual Workplace Pride Global Benchmark – an internationally recognized measurement tool designed to help employers achieve an inclusive workplace for their LGBT employees through effective policies and practices.
Workplace Pride strategically balances stability of the survey questions year-over-year, with changes to keep current with topics that are playing in the workplace for LGBT people. We have carefully listened to the voice of the LGBT community, to our Workplace Pride members and to Global Benchmark participants and have made only very few adjustments to the survey for 2016. This means that participants can track their progress, gauge effectiveness of their actions, and put plans in place to further advance.
“It’s been exhilarating to hear feedback from the community, members and participants, and to work with the Benchmark Advisory Team to incorporate the feedback into the 2016 survey. We are ready to go! I am looking forward to managing the submission, analysis and reporting process, and providing guidance to the participants where they need it”, says Brian Yothers, Global Benchmark Project Manager.

The 2016 Benchmark Survey will open for submissions on June 1, 2016
Closing Date is 15 August, 2016*
We are in the process of finalizing a few updates to the questions to ensure that we remain at the cutting edge of what is driving LGBT Inclusion in the Workplace while maintaining a solid baseline in the survey to allow participants to gauge year over year comparison and growth. Prior to June 1 a copy of the 2015 survey questions** is available upon request to aid in preparation for the 2016 submission.
* Results will be announced at the Leadership Awards Dinner in late October or early November
** >90% of 2015 questions remain unchanged, with only minor adjustments and additions for the 2016 survey.
