2016 Global Benchmark Project Leader Announced

Workplace Pride is pleased to announce Brian Yothers as the new Global Benchmark Project Manager for the 2016 survey. The Global Benchmark is an internationally recognized measurement tool designed to help employers achieve an inclusive workplace for their LGBT employees through effective policies and practices.
Brian has in the past served as a Workplace Pride Board member and Cisco LGBT Employee Network Lead, and thus brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role – we are excited to have him on board.

The 2016 Benchmark Survey will open for submissions on June 1, 2016
Closing Date is 15 August, 2016*
We are in the process of finalizing a few updates to the questions to ensure that we remain at the cutting edge of what is driving LGBT Inclusion in the Workplace while maintaining a solid baseline in the survey to allow participants to gauge year over year comparison and growth. Prior to June 1 a copy of the 2015 survey questions** is available upon request to aid in preparation for the 2016 submission.
* Results will be announced at the Leadership Awards Dinner in late October or early November
** >90% of 2015 questions remain unchanged, with only minor adjustments and additions for the 2016 survey.
